A highlight of the awards ceremony will be recognizing the medics whose actions resulted in successful resuscitation of patients in cardiac arrest. Plain and simple, these patients would be deceased had these professional medics not provided the correct and timely life saving treatments they required. As a result, the patients of those being recognized have all been successfully discharge from the hospital to enjoy a positive quality of life.”
